RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights apply regardless of whether items were purchased at full price or on sale.
Change of Mind Returns We happily accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unworn, in its original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. After 30 days, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. Change-of-mind return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order. For major failures you may choose a full refund, replacement, or repair. For minor failures we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion. Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by us.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons (your ACL rights still apply):
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items not in original condition or missing parts due to customer handling
Sale Items Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-priced items. ACL consumer guarantees apply to all items regardless of price.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after this time, please check with your bank before contacting us.

Gifts If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit upon return. If the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.
Return Shipping Send change-of-mind returns to: 21 Wilson St, Berri SA 5343, Australia. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $100 as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
